Life is very interesting sometimes. I went to get my hair cut today and a friend was so happy and excited about her “new” ring she couldn’t contain herself! As soon as she told me about her jeweler in Avon – I knew it was you! You made a special lady very happy. Of course I was wearing my Raime wedding band and my “new” necklace – always happy to share my story about my three rings. It was fun to share our Raimie jewelry stories. Six degrees of separation!

I love the pendant with these old Czech garnets – they look like little blood drops. It is one of my talismans – just like the ring you made for me it bears a family amulet… Looking forward to seeing the next design!

They just arrived. I love them! Perfect size and make me think of friends and Connecticut and how some days are diamonds and some days are stones. Good thing I love stones.

Everywhere I go, from New Haven to Farmington to Israel to Turkey to Aruba my necklace is met with oohs and aahs. I find myself smiling and putting my hand to my necklace each time someone makes a comment. I found Raimie via Google & she was able to put a bezel setting around an old mine diamond solitaire so the edges would be secured from chipping…using most of the original setting!
