Moss Agate Makes for a Truly Unique, Nature-Inspired Engagement Ring

This client did her homework, first reaching out to me online through my website. She compiled a Pinterest board designed with her love’s floral-inspired likes in mind which came in very handy for inspiration. She had a great but uncommon stone choice: moss agate. But interestingly enough, this wasn’t the first engagement ring that I’ve crafted incorporating this beautiful stone. Moss agate is unique in the way that it makes you feel like you’re wearing a piece of greenery in your jewelry. My client found the perfect stone. Once she had it in hand, we made an appointment for her to come into the shop for further exploration. Nature is the theme of this ring, a given. We used the moss agate and accented it with lab grown diamonds in both a marquis and round shape on either side of the agate. She was so very excited and had a beautiful plan to propose while they were vacationing in Italy. A romantic engagement followed by an unforgettable celebration with her family while there. Now that’s amore! Overall such a joyous, heartwarming project that I was so happy to be a part of.
