Life is very interesting sometimes. I went to get my hair cut today and a friend was so happy and excited about her “new” ring she couldn’t contain herself! As soon as she told me about her jeweler in Avon – I knew it was you! You made a special lady very happy. Of course I was wearing my Raime wedding band and my “new” necklace – always happy to share my story about my three rings. It was fun to share our Raimie jewelry stories. Six degrees of separation!

I found Raimie via Google & she was able to put a bezel setting around an old mine diamond solitaire so the edges would be secured from chipping…using most of the original setting! There aren’t enough words to say how thoughtful & caring she is – she really listened to what I wanted & didn’t push me to get a completely new setting…and the work is beautiful! I love the pendant with these old Czech garnets – they look like little blood drops. It is one of my talismans – just like the ring you made for me it bears a family amulet… Looking forward to seeing the next design!
